Pagan Portals - The Morrigan: Meeting the Great Queens
On shadowed wings and in raven's call, meet the ancient Irish goddess of war, battle, prophecy, death, sovereignty, and magic. This book is an introduction to the Morrigan and several related goddesses who share the title, including Badb and Macha. It combines solid academic information with personal experience in a way that is intended to dispel the confusion that often surrounds who this goddess was and is. The Morrigan is as active in the world today as she ever was in the past but answering her call means answering the challenge of finding her history and myth in a sea of misinformation, supposition, and hard-to-find ancient texts. Here in one place, all of her basic information has been collected along with personal experiences and advice from a long-time priestess dedicated to a goddess who bears the title Morrigan. -
The Lost Books of The Bible
"The Lost Books of the Bible" is an essential work for students of biblical history which provides depth and historical context for many of the events regarding Jesus' life depicted in the New Testament. For what reason these texts were stricken from the official canon by the fathers of the church is not known, however contemporary source material does reliably date many of these texts to at least the 2nd century A.D., if not earlier, thus giving them a provenance that can at the very least assert these documents as important in the development of the biblical canon.

Lifting as They Climb: Black Women Buddhists and Collective Liberation
The lives and writings of six leading Black Buddhist women--Jan Willis, bell hooks, Zenju Earthlyn Manuel, angel Kyodo williams, Spring Washam, and Faith Adiele--reveal new expressions of Buddhism rooted in ancestry, love, and collective liberation. Lifting as They Climb is a love letter of freedom and self-expression from six Black women Buddhist teachers, conveyed through the voice of author Toni Pressley-Sanon, one of the innumerable people who have benefitted from their wisdom. She explores their remarkable lives and undertakes deep readings of their work, weaving them into the broader tapestry of the African diaspora and the historical struggle for Black liberation. Black women in the U.S. have adapted Buddhist practice to meet challenges ranging from the injustices of the Jim Crow South to sexual violence, social discrimination, and bias within their Buddhist communities. Using their voices through the practice of memoir and other forms of writing, they have not only realized their own liberation but carried forward the Black tradition of leading others on the path toward collective awakening.Sold out -

Once It Has Been Spoken ... It Cannot Be Unspoken
Waanishii! from the Kutiikiitowaakanun family!
This language book is a textual resource to revitalize the Nanticoke language. It is a product of years of research and collaboration. The lessons contained in this book provide a new voice for words spoken by the Nanticoke ancestors more than two centuries ago. The language may seem foreign and daunting at first from the perspective of an English speaker. However, regular study will make it seem more like a relative returning home after a long absence. Importantly, do not fear making mistakes and do not feel that there is a single correct way of speaking. While English discourse is artificially governed by a myriad of artificial prescriptive rules, the Nanticoke ancestors' speech allowed for more variety. Just as we have unique personalities, our ways of speaking differ in subtle ways that reflect our individuality. -
Built Before the Flood: The Problem of the Tiahuanaco Ruins
The ancient site of Tiahuanaco in Bolivia is one of the greatest archaeological mysteries in the world. Some experts date it to 17,000 years ago, although no one has conclusively determined its age. Located at the southern end of Lake Titicaca at about 13,000 feet above sea level, one can find oceanic seashells in the area and ruins of extensive docks on an earlier shoreline. How could this be? This book takes a radical approach by presenting evidence, found at Tiahuanaco, for Earth having had a different moon in the remote past. According to the author, the gravitational pull of this moon caused higher water levels in the area. It also caused a different rotational spin of our planet that is accurately documented in the ancient calendar, found and interpreted by the author and others, that appears on the face of Tiahuanaco's most iconic landmark, the Gate of the Sun. This well researched book contains many notes, charts, and diagrams to support the author's claims, as well as an Index and Bibliography for further reference.
