5 Stars from Reader's Favorite

The love K.J. Field has for these marvels of space shines through her writing and illustrations. Each planet has a vibrant personality rooted in what makes them scientifically unique. The book perfectly balances accessibility for early readers through the pronunciation guide, beautiful paintings of personified planets, and simple vocabulary, while not shying away from more challenging and fascinating information about outer space. A must-have for science teachers!

My new favorite book on outer space!

My sons love learning about the solar system and planets. Growing up in the era of pluto being named as a planet itself, I have always been sad that my favorite planet was "demoted." This book is my new favorite book on outer space because it brings Pluto back into the forefront as a (dwarf) planet to learn about! The rhyming words, adorable illustrations, and additional facts added all work together to make an informative book that is not only educational but fun to read and listen to. A homeschooling mom's dream!!!
