Kevin Swift has never been the most comfortable around girls. Shy and awkward, he spends more time running on the track field and playing video games than he does talking to women.

During a routine newspaper run, Kevin rescues a fox--and what a strange fox it is. The thing has two tails, mysterious healing powers, and is far more intelligent than your every day animal. There's something strange about it. Kevin can't quite put his finger on it, but... oh, well. It's probably nothing.
