Coach of the Building chronicles the career of Richard Carty, an educator in Pennsylvania whose three decades in education included coaching, serving as a school disciplinarian, planning and facilitating the opening of a new high school, and later transitioning into the elementary school level during the onslaught of the No Child Left Behind Act.
