Critical Reviews
This series opener of top-secret scares is an unsettling thrill of a tale perfect for fans of R. L. Stine's catalog. Adam and his main hide-and-seek partners, Kai and Jun, are realistic and easy to root for. Alongside the narrative are creepy illustrations, encyclopedia clippings that contextualize the content, and notes that expand upon the lore of the Fear Files and the Itter.
