Begin an open, honest, and child-appropriate conversation about death. This is a kids' book about death. It dives right into a topic that most of us prefer to avoid thinking or talking about, and aims to facilitate a safe and honest conversation about bereavement with young ones. This book was made to help kids aged 5-9 understand what death is and how to process it when it occurs in their lives. The practical aspects are sensitively explained, and the book thoughtfully navigates the nuances of emotion and sense of community that surround something we all experience. A Kids Book About Death features:
- A large and bold, yet minimalist font design that allows kids freedom to imagine themselves in the words on the pages.
- A friendly, approachable, empowering, and child-appropriate tone throughout.
- An incredible and diverse group of authors in the series who are experts or have first-hand experience of the topic.
