Felicia Whaley is a children's book illustrator currently residing in Oak Park, Illinois. She obtained a BFA in illustration and design in 2017 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. It was there she found a love of illustrating for children. Creating characters that she would have loved to see growing up is what inspires Felicia. She does all her work digitally.
