Highlighting de Amaral's career-long experimentation with fabric, scale and three-dimensionality
Colombian artist Olga de Amaral's (born 1932) hand-woven works combine natural fibers, paint and plaster in a mixture of modernist aesthetics and traditional Colombian weaving techniques. This monograph brings together 100 of her works to show her evolution from geometric wall works to freestanding pieces.
