Prior to this he was founder and CEO of Management Science Associates, Inc., a national management consulting firm he sold to Willis Corroon, Inc., the world's second largest insurance intermediary. In the course of his consulting career he has been retained by over 1,000 U.S. corporations. He has served on both for-profit and non-profit governing boards in healthcare, banking and law enforcement. Today he and his colleagues assist corporations in selecting and developing high performance leaders, improving overall employee morale and solving sensitive issues and external threats to corporate integrity.
