The book is suitable for most ESP32 boards, but concentrates on the most popular ESP32 Lite and the ESP32 DevKit 1. In the chapters on electronics, breadboard layouts are provided for both of these boards.

I like the books from Simon Monk. He typically makes a selection of subjects he is going to discuss and does a very good job at explaining things in a detailed and clear way. This book is no exception. I have used the book to get Micropython on ESP32 boards, install libraries play sound files etc. A very useful book!
Simon is an excellent educator. He does a fantastic job presenting all the information you need to get up and running quickly.
