About the Author

Mark Waid has written for every major comic publisher, including DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Archie, Dark Horse, Image and Top Cow. His credits include Batman/Superman: World's Finest, JLA, and 52, for DC as well as Daredevil, X-Men, and Fantastic Four for Marvel. He is best-known for his long and influential run as writer on the monthly adventures of The Flash and for his work with artist Alex Ross on the acclaimed, best-selling epic Kingdom Come.

Mariko Tamaki is a Canadian writer living in Oakland. Works include New York Times bestseller This One Summer and Skim with Jillian Tamaki, Emiko Superstar with Steve Rolston, and the YA novel (You) Set Me on Fire. This One Summer was the winner of Printz and Caldecott Honors in 2015 and received the Eisner Award for Best Graphic Album (New).
