"It doesn't matter if you are a man or woman this would be a great read for anyone who is single right now. This book shows you how to be confident in a relationship which is something I'm not very good at. I will say the people that the author is describing I have been both the not interested party and the person who was afraid that person would eventually leave.
This book teaches you how to be confident in yourself, and to be okay if things don't always work out. I learned so much from this book, and I now feel confident to start dating again after being single for a bit. There is a part in the start of the book that will show you your attachment style in relationships. I found this part extremely helpful to have while you continuing the rest of the book. You also learn why you might be anxious in relationships, such as something stemming from your childhood.
Linda Hill's books are my go to self improvement books, and I highly suggest you read her others that have been extremely helpful to me."

"Linda Hill's comparison of the moth's behavior with light and that of partners is a simplistic yet realistic approach to relationships.
