Benji Davies has always been fond of drawing and painting at the kitchen table, a scene which is often repeated to this day. He is the illustrator of the incredibly successful Bizzy Bear titles, which are published in twenty-three languages. He is the illustrator of Also an Octopus by Maggie Tokuda-Hall and the author-illustrator of Grandad's Island. Benji Davies lives in east London with his family.
