The click of a button could change your life. A fresh start in France is just what this mother-daughter duo needs to transform their lives, perfect for fans of Under the Tuscan Sun. Dedicated single mom and overworked film festival staffer Marlow buys a house online for one euro--then finds out there are strings attached. To sort out the mess, Marlow decides to take an impromptu holiday in France. But when the impossible local bureaucrat refuses her a refund, she decides to renovate and flip the house. Along for the ride is Marlow's teenage daughter, Sabine. Recently graduated but adrift, Sabine uses the trip as a chance to secretly reconnect with her Parisian father. And when a cute but arrogant boy enters the picture, things get even more complicated. Meanwhile, Marlow finds herself caught between two men, the fascinating but irascible village handyman and the wealthy and charming owner of a nearby champagnerie. Torn between a safe but predictable life back in Toronto and a wonderful if uncertain future abroad, Marlow and Sabine must embrace spontaneity and the transformative power of being a little lost.

Praise for Lost in France:
"A cozy mother-daughter adventure that will have you dreaming of owning your own one-euro home in charming Mirabelle. Loved it!"
--Chantel Guertin, bestselling author of Two for the Road "Looking for a romantic French getaway? Claire Ross Dunn's delicious novel, Lost in France, more than delivers! The intriguing set-up - what would you do if you accidentally bought a house in the beautiful French countryside for one Euro? - had me hooked from the start. When overworked, and professionally frustrated, single mother Marlow travels to France to sort through the consequences of her impulse buy, her teenage daughter in tow, the journey was supposed to be quick and painless. Instead, bureaucratic delays keep them in France for one magical summer, and as the weeks pass, Marlow dares to imagine a different future for herself. From sumptuous feasts, to glorious French countryside, a lovable found family, and the promise of romance, Lost in France is a delightful escapist feast!"
--Uzma Jalaluddin, bestselling author of Yours for the Season and Moonlight Murder "With Lost in France Claire Ross Dunn has managed to combine three of my favorite things: a love triangle, a delicious setting, and the ridiculousness of French bureaucracy. I tore through this book, especially enjoying the alternating perspectives of the mother and daughter, who are both coming of age in their own way. Whether you are a Francophile or not, you will be delighted to spend time in rural France with Dunn's characters."
--Carolyn Cohagan, author of the award-winning Time Zero trilogy "A pure delight. Full of warmth and humour, Lost in France is a tender and heartfelt portrait of family, fate and the breathtaking pleasures of the French countryside. An escape to Mirabelle is highly recommended."
