​The mission to retake the city hall has failed. Flood waters threaten to consume all of Pristella. Strange creatures roam the streets, and the city's residents have been forced to seek shelter wherever they can. Under a shroud of fear and anxiety, Subaru and his scattered allies lick their wounds while struggling to find a path forward.
